MR Daniel Schölzel, attorney at law, provides experienced legal advice to both public clients and bidders in national and European-wide tenders. His services include the preparation of tender documents and the monitoring of the procedure. On the bidder’s side he provides support in the preparation of participation and bidding documents as well as in the assertion of violations of public procurement law. Furthermore, he assists authorities and bidders in the legal realization of review proceedings and proceedings for damages.
Daniel Schölzel also specializes in private construction law and the law governing architects and engineers. There, the focus is on supporting companies in matters of contract drafting.
