Daniel Schölzel


MR Daniel Schölzel, attorney at law, provides experienced legal advice to both public clients and bidders in national and European-wide tenders. His services include the preparation of tender documents and the monitoring of the procedure. On the bidder’s side he provides support in the preparation of participation and bidding documents as well as in the assertion of violations of public procurement law. Furthermore, he assists authorities and bidders in the legal realization of review proceedings and proceedings for damages.

Daniel Schölzel also specializes in private construction law and the law governing architects and engineers. There, the focus is on supporting companies in matters of contract drafting. He also assists in the review of strategic decisions, supplementary agreements and the successful assertion of claims in and out of court.

Daniel Schölzel was admitted to the bar in 2020. Previously, he worked as a research assistant in the field of public procurement law in a national medium-sized law firm. During this time he published in the field of public procurement law. He also acquired in-depth knowledge in corporate law by working as a research assistant in a major international law firm and published in this field.
