Jan Fleßenkämper advises the public sector and companies in all areas of national and European public procurement law as well as construction, architectural and engineering law.

One focus of the work in building and architectural law is the focused advice of companies and the public sector on all questions of contract drafting, construction supervision, supplementary audits as well as litigation and out-of-court settlement of disputes.

Public procurement law activities include advising the public sector on the preparation and implementation of national and Europe-wide tenders.
